Job Summary

Finance & Operations Director combines high-level financial strategy with hands-on operational management. Directly leads back-office functions—finance (AR, AP, Month End, Payroll, Finance Scalability), HR (recruitment and onboarding), and Business Operations (RevOps and CRM management)—and oversees legal/compliance, risk, and vendor relationships. Reports to the CEO, based in Dublin city centre with a hybrid work model (office three days per week). The role is a senior leadership position with an eye toward evolving into CFO/COO as the company grows, and requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include developing and executing operational and financial strategies, managing day-to-day operations and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading recruitment and employee engagement, and driving scalable processes through technology and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Finance, Ops, HR)
  • SaaS industry acumen
