Job Summary
Design and implement exception-based workflows across AR, AP, and month-end close using Zoho ecosystem tools like Flow, Deluge, and Make. Build validation gates and controls-by-design to ensure audit-ready operations, including automated close binders and recurring checks for discount approvals and pricing compliance. Support core finance operations such as reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis while maintaining AR/AP hygiene and ensuring closed-won deals are correctly invoiced. Develop weekly finance scorecards and leverage AI to draft variance narratives and enable self-serve analytics for margin optimization. This role focuses on reducing manual effort and cycle times within Zenduit's evolving IoT and telematics finance function.
