Job Summary
Finance Operations Analyst – Interline and IATA BSP for Jetstar. Oversees day-to-day Interline Operations and IATA/BSP/IFG-related processes, ensuring accurate billing, settlements, and adherence to financial controls. Develops and implements continuous improvement and automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts, drives performance with BPO partners, and supports offshore teams in Manila and Mumbai through workflow optimisation, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills in financial operations, familiarity with IATA, BSP/IFG, and airline settlement systems, and ability to lead small teams across cross-functional partners in Finance, IT, Operations, and External Partners.
