Finance Operations Analyst

Prepare monthly financial close activities, including statistical reports, variance analyses, and publishing dashboards to CentraNet for department manager review. Generate reports supporting the monthly A/R Valuation process and compile data for external survey requests. Assist in maintaining EPIC codes and Lawson G/L mappings for patient billing while updating systems as directed. Support the annual budget process by preparing analyses for major expense categories and reviewing submissions for accuracy. Utilize the MedMetrix decision support tool to generate Product Line P&Ls and standard departmental reports, analyzing biweekly productivity data for business decision-making. Respond to information requests and provide ad-hoc financial analysis under the direction of the Manager of Finance Operations.
