Job Summary
Assist the finance team with month-close tasks, update tracking, and develop new processes and tools to keep operations organized. Identify daily operational roadblocks, propose practical solutions to leadership, and conduct employment law and HR compliance research as needed. Support the compliance team in office lease reviews and provide general administrative support to ensure project teams have necessary resources to launch and operate. Manage multiple deadlines, track outstanding items, and troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial and legal information.
