Finance Officer

Job Summary
Process supplier invoices accurately by matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts, then prepare payment runs for Finance Controller approval. Reconcile supplier statements, maintain organized financial records, and assist with month-end processes. Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts, monitor aged receivables, and liaise with clients, participants, and funding bodies to support cash flow. Ensure all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities comply with internal controls and the Aged Care Act and NDIS Rules. This role supports the finance team in delivering aged care and disability services within a hybrid day shift in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar finance role
- Experience processing supplier invoices and managing outstanding debtor accounts
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software and finance systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
