Job Summary

Prepare and monitor project budgets while assisting with donor fund tracking, grant utilization, and reporting. Ensure timely statutory compliance for FCRA, GST, and TDS, and support payroll processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Collaborate across teams to provide financial inputs, draft and review documentation for grants and consultancy contracts, and build clarity in internal reports and MIS. Identify bottlenecks proactively, create new systems and processes, and contribute to automation and digital improvement efforts using Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Workspace. Participate in internal audits and respond to queries, maintaining close coordination with HR and Admin on financial matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (essential)
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience handling donor compliance, statutory filings, and internal processes
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, FCRA, and Income Tax
  • Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, PPT's and Storytelling tools
  • Comfortable creating financial reports and PowerPoint summaries for decision-makers
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Go-getter mindset with high ownership of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to lead by example and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to turn vague asks into structured outputs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications (CA Inter, M. Com, or MBA Finance) preferred
