Finance Manager

Finance Manager role based in Amsterdam overseeing end-to-end monthly close, management reporting, and forecasting as the company scales toward 50+ stores and Series B. Responsibilities include running the monthly close end-to-end (draft management accounts by WD+5, final by WD+8), producing the management reporting pack (P&L, gross-margin bridge, opex, headcount and KPIs), delivering per-store P&L packs, maintaining rolling cash flow, reconciling COGS-to-GL, overseeing AP/AR with the accounting specialist, building annual budgets with the founder, and maintaining a central financial model and data room for due diligence. The role also requires partnering with the founder on strategy, creating self-serve dashboards for store managers, ops, S&OP and marketing, and driving automation or tooling improvements (e.g., Odoo, BI tooling). Fluent English is required, Dutch language skills are a plus, and experience with ERP systems (Odoo) and Dutch GAAP is favorable. The candidate is expected to be hands-on, comfortable with both accounting detail and financial modelling, and excited about building a finance function from scratch in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
