Job Summary
Finance Manager – drive dealership performance by forecasting unit sales and gross objectives, and generating revenue through financing/insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket items. Develop monthly/quarterly projections, oversee rate quotes, ensure compliance with title and tax paperwork, coordinate with service teams, and lead on-the-job training for sales staff. Strong emphasis on building relationships with finance sources, conducting pre-delivery coordination, and meeting monthly objectives through data-driven sales meetings and strategic financing offers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Degree or commensurate experience in finance
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Previous professional sales experience
- Computer knowledge preferred
