Finance Manager

Job Summary
As a Finance Manager, you will lead day-to-day accounting activities, manage cash and banking relationships, create financial dashboards, oversee subsidiary accounting, prepare financial reporting for leadership, support compliance with tax filings, and play a role in audit readiness. Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with general ledger management, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Comfort working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
