Job Summary
Manage and oversee the company's financial operations and reporting, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while monitoring cash flow, profitability, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements, and supervise, mentor, and support the accounting and finance staff. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, and prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior leadership. Work with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors when required to identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience managing financial teams or departments
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in strategic financial planning and business analysis
- Fluent Hebrew & full professional proficiency in English is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
