Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager for the Middle East (KSA) leading financial governance and statutory oversight for the KSA entity. Acts as Finance Lead with Power of Attorney, ensuring regulatory compliance (ZATCA VAT and withholding tax) and partner-facing financial governance. Drives budgeting, forecasting, and timely financial reporting, collaborates with external advisors (e.g., PwC), supports tenders and pricing decisions, and provides strategic financial insight to regional and global leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent) and professional finance qualification (CPA/ACCA/CFA/CMA or equivalent); extensive senior finance/controlling experience in a multi-country/ regional context; strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The role is full-time with primary accountability for the KSA entity and significant governance and fiduciary responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a senior finance or controlling role within a multi-country or regional environment
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi statutory, tax, and ZATCA requirements
- Proven experience managing audits, statutory reporting, and external advisors
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into business insight
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
