Job Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial strategy, planning and analysis, financial reporting, payroll, and audits for the UAE office, acting as a key interface with the local management. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end finance function, conducting financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. This role requires strong analytical skills to provide business insights and support the Office Manager in strategic planning. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in IFRS, local GAAP, and payroll processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial accounting department of an international professional services company
- Demonstrated work experience in Dubai’s International Financial Centre (DIFC)
- Proven track record in payroll & benefit topics
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience with IFRS and local GAAP
- Fluency in Arabic as a plus
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have experience in international professional services company's financial accounting department, preferably from a Big Four firm or law firm.
- Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
