Job Summary
Guide customers through financing and lease options while securing appropriate lender approvals and build strong relationships with financial institutions. Present finance, protection, warranty, GAP, and aftermarket products with confidence to achieve departmental goals for finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction. Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, legally, and ethically while preparing required federal, state, and dealership documentation. Recruit, coach, and develop F&I team members as needed and partner with sales to create a seamless customer experience. Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful automotive Finance & Insurance experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- F&I Manager experience preferred
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
