Finance Manager Turf

Finance Manager Turf serves as the senior financial leader for the Turf business, delivering end-to-end financial leadership across planning, reporting, costing, and core accounting operations to drive profitability and growth. The role partners with operational and divisional leaders to influence decision‐making, develops talent within the finance team, and leads initiatives to improve processes and systems. Responsibilities include leading the finance and accounting team, partnering with functional leaders on strategic and operational decisions, overseeing month-end close and financial reporting, maintaining GAAP compliance and internal controls, leading budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A across revenue, manufacturing costs, and SG&A, analyzing sales performance and margins, managing product and project costing, and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and sales/use tax processes, while supporting productivity initiatives and finance-system enhancements. Qualifications emphasize a strong manufacturing finance background, people leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and clear communication across plant and corporate audiences.
