Job Summary
Finance Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Sunnyvale leads a finance team and partners with ICSP BU leadership to drive financial planning and analytics. Responsible for owning AOP/QBR/STRAP/MBR, monitoring and analyzing financials, leading monthly/quarterly reporting, performing complex data analysis, communicating findings via high-quality presentations, and identifying risks and opportunities to enable strategic decisions and operational improvements. Demonstrates strong business partner and leadership capabilities, developing a high-performing team and delivering actionable insights to site and Ops leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in finance or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in finance
- Proficient verbal and written communication
- Excel (financial models and analysis)
- Navision ERP (or equivalent)
- PowerPoint
- Hyperion
