Job Summary
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate reporting, while managing daily operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and cash flow. Develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives for a SAR 300 million turnover scale, monitor loan portfolios and capital structure up to SAR 500 million, and optimize asset utilization efficiency. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, IFRS standards, and internal controls by preparing financial statements and leading audit processes with external auditors. Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance within the telecommunications environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- experience in the telecommunications or large-scale corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations
- Proven experience managing financials for medium to large organizations
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines with high accuracy
