Job Summary
Finance Manager, Supply Chain Pricing responsible for developing pricing programs, cost levelization strategies, and revenue/expense allocations across multiple cost categories and funds (Brand Fund, Freight Fund, Obsolete Inventory Fund, Sonic Brand Fund) and supporting pricing and cost planning for Baskin Robbins (domestic and international). Prepare monthly/quarterly budgets, review fund balances, audit cost savings, and present financial performance trends and pricing impacts to senior leadership. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Brand Marketing, and Accounting to drive alignment on pricing strategy, supplier funding, and cost recovery. Role sits at the Atlanta Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time; requires collaboration with Inspire Brands Accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4-Year degree in business, finance, accounting or related fields
- 5 years experience in a similar role in lieu of a 4-Year
- 2-5 years of experience in business, supply chain management, finance, or accounting
- Knowledge of Revenue and Expense Accounts
- Strong math skills
- Invoice processing, coding and allocation experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill financial data into actionable insights for leadership
