Finance Manager -Subaru

Assist the sales team with processing and completing sales, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate before submission to accounting. Structure sale prices and trade-in presentations while maintaining CSI at or above company standards. Provide world-class interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction, managing follow-up and communication via telephone, mailings, and electronic media for both existing and prospective clients. Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone calls through electronic media. Adhere to company policies, Safeguards rules, and applicable laws to promote employee satisfaction and compliance. Requires automotive finance or sales experience, with CDK experience preferred, alongside exceptional follow-up, written communication, and phone skills.
