Job Summary
Coordinate the sale of finance and insurance programs by reviewing credit applications, presenting menu options, and acting as a liaison between customers and lending institutions. Drive attainment of financial services goals while assessing profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction scores above company standards. Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulatory obligations, and Red Flag standards relative to financial services products. Submit financing documents, meet monthly objectives, and train the sales team on lease programs and extended service benefits. Work with service advisors to address warranty inquiries and build a customer referral network through rapport development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dealership experience
- Ability to Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer Skills
- Must be able to present a proper menu presentation
- Provide desk support when needed and work with management team
- Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
- Understand tag and title laws; DMV
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
