Job Summary
Coordinate the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers by reviewing credit applications, assessing profitability, and utilizing the menu selling process. Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions to ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory obligations, and Red Flag standards. Meet monthly objectives and maintain customer satisfaction scores while building rapport to establish a referral network. Provide desk support when needed and train the sales team on financing and lease programs. Submit to background checks and maintain a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dealership experience
- Ability to Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Computer Skills
- Must be able to present a proper menu presentation
- Provide desk support when needed and work with management team
- Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
- Understand tag and title laws; DMV
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous desk experience a plus
