The Finance Manager will lead financial reporting and forecasting, overseeing a small team and driving financial performance in the finance and insurance sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience
- At least 2 years in a related industry (engineering, construction, design/build)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and Tier 2 ERP systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite)
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
