Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager role with global scope overseeing month-end close, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll across AU, NZ, and UK. Responsible for owning end-to-end close, leading external audit preparation, enabling payroll sign-off, and maintaining BAS/GST/VAT compliance while driving a prioritised process-improvement roadmap and ERP transition. Requires CA/CPA qualification, 8+ years post-qualification with at least 3 years in a corporate finance environment, proven experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance and external audits, and a strong track record in process automation and technology-enabled finance transformation. Preference for experience with Xero and emerging AI tools; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across finance and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of eight years post-qualification experience
- at least three years in a corporate finance environment operating at a senior level with minimal oversight
- experience leading end-to-end month-end close and external audit
- proven track record of implementing process improvements through technology or automation
- experience managing compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- familiarity with Xero and ERP systems; interest in AI tools for finance transformation
