Job Summary
Lead a finance team of 5–10 professionals by coaching staff and managing daily administrative oversight, including month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings. Ensure integrity in general ledger management and financial reporting while handling tax filings and coordinating with external auditors. Monitor accounts receivable and optimize cash flow and working capital processes. Identify process bottlenecks to drive improvements in systems and workflows. Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and collaborate with international colleagues within the SOCOTEC Group to advance the finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Finance & Control
- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in finance, accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring, waarbij je teams hebt aangestuurd en medewerkers hebt begeleid
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van financiële processen
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen
- Ervaring met AFAS en/of Syntess
- Zeer goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel
- Sterk cijfermatig inzicht
- Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werkwijze
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Flexibele werkhouding
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Bij voorkeur 40 uur per week
- Werklocatie is Reeuwijk
- Incidenteel reizen naar locaties Rotterdam en Oosterbeek
- Hybride werken (1 dag) in overleg
