Job Summary
Finance Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across SKIMS. You will partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Commercial, Retail, Ecommerce, and Corporate to deliver driver-based analyses, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, creating scenario analyses, developing and maintaining detailed financial models, preparing monthly management reports and KPI dashboards, and providing ad hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making. The role emphasizes translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and requires collaboration to support growth initiatives, automation, and continuous process improvements. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MBA/CFA preferred), 7+ years of FP&A or related experience, advanced financial modeling, and expertise with tools such as Planful, Looker, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan. Strong communication, presentation skills, and a track record in high-growth retail/ecommerce environments are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related fields
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
- Experience with financial planning and business intelligence tools such as Planful, Looker, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience supporting high-growth, consumer, retail, apparel, ecommerce, or multi-channel businesses is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced financial certification preferred
