Job Summary
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate tracking and planning. Develop and maintain financial policies and controls while ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE regulations. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. Supervise the finance team, coordinate with external auditors, and monitor cash flow and accounts. Provide senior management with strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum five years of experience, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
- strong background in financial analysis and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and compliance standards specific to Abu Dhabi and the UAE
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to senior management
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing a finance team
- High integrity, dependability, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving company objectives
