Finance Manager

Oversee daily finance department operations across three Danish units and the Nordic Shared Service Center, managing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, plant controller duties, and financial reporting while leading month- and year-end closing. Develop financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost savings. Prepare and present financial statements under local and US GAAP, budgets, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management. Ensure SOX compliance, manage audits, and lead the ERP D365 implementation. Collaborate with departments and data analysts to optimize reporting processes. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, manufacturing experience, and fluency in Danish and English.
