Finance Manager

Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for leading FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes; partner with CFO and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights; oversee monthly/annual close, governance of revenue and expense reporting, and drive profitability and cost management. Requires strong NetSuite ERP expertise, robust GAAP knowledge, and demonstrated ability to lead accounting and finance staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong GAAP and variance analysis expertise
- Experience with NetSuite ERP systems
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
- Ability to lead and manage Finance staff and cross-functional teams
