Job Summary
Lead and manage the finance and accounting team in the Romania office while overseeing monthly group closing processes and external IFRS audits. Ensure accurate, timely submission of financial statements, VAT, CIT, and transfer price reports to statutory and tax authorities. Prepare annual financial statements, analyze budget performance, and manage treasury functions including FX risks and intergroup transactions. Coordinate annual and tax audits, monitor local GAAP and tax legislation changes, and establish internal controls for all finance processes. This role reports to the VP Finance & Asset Management Europe within Scatec's global renewable energy organization.
Required Qualifications
- University level degree, preferably with specialization in Finance, Accounting
- Comprehensive excel skills
- English language skills (Advanced written & Spoken English)
- 5-10 years of experience within accounting, tax, VAT, import duty, controlling, budgeting and internal controlling
Desired Qualifications
- ACCA, DipIFR ACCA, CIPA
- Preferred international experience
- Dynamics 365 or alternative ERP system experience
