Job Summary
Develop Store Operating Plans and manage the rolling 18-month supply forecast to drive sales, margin, and profitable growth across multiple regions. Partner with Operations, Supply, and Finance leaders to assess forecast accuracy, identify key drivers, and optimize production strategies including assortment and volume allocation. Lead a direct report through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while establishing best practices to improve operational execution and forecasting accuracy. Develop executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, or a related analytical role
- Experience in forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and business partnering
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and financial analysis tools, including Excel, reporting, and modeling applications
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience; prior people management experience preferred
- Retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or demand planning experience preferred
