Job Summary
Monitor progress toward financial commitments and provide timely insights to support program and executive leadership. Lead quarterly forecasting cycles for the portfolio, manage program financial performance through variance analysis dashboards, and support bidding activities including pricing exercises and business case development. Assist Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations in tracking material costs while maintaining strong financial controls and documentation across the portfolio. Act as the external audit interface for programs selected for review and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS regulations for all proposal submissions and negotiations. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of experience, proficiency in EVM and financial systems, and ability to travel 5-10% annually. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience (with a significant portion directly related to Financial Management), or a Master's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Proficient with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, systems, and reporting
- Proficient with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other general accounting rules and principles
- Strong focus on analyzing and understanding financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Ability to travel 5-10% annually, primarily internationally and possibly domestically
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen

- U.S. Government Contracting experience preferred, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and CAS rules and regulations
