Job Summary
Monitor progress toward financial commitments and provide timely insights to support program and executive leadership. Lead quarterly forecasting cycles for the portfolio and support annual budgeting and long-range planning initiatives. Partner with Program Managers to manage financial performance by providing reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analysis that identify key drivers and risks. Support preparation of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, while assisting in bidding activities including pricing exercises and business case development. Maintain strong financial controls and documentation across the portfolio, and act as the external audit interface for programs selected for review. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 16+ years of experience, proficiency in Excel and financial systems, and familiarity with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and FAR/DFARS regulations. The position offers a salary range of $132,000 - $171,600 for a full-time role onsite in Orlando, Florida, with 5-10% annual travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience (with a significant portion directly related to Financial Management), or a Master's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Proficient with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, systems, and reporting
- Proficient with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other general accounting rules and principles
- Strong focus on analyzing and understanding financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Ability to travel 5-10% annually, primarily internationally and possibly domestically
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- U.S. Government Contracting experience preferred, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and CAS rules and regulations
