Job Summary
Monitor financial commitments and provide insights to support program and executive leadership. Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, support annual budgeting, and partner with Program Managers to manage financial performance through variance analysis and risk identification. Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting while assisting in bidding activities, pricing exercises, and business case development. Track material costs for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, maintain financial controls, and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS regulations. Act as the external audit interface for selected programs. Requires 16+ years of experience, U.S. citizenship, and potential security clearance. Located onsite in Orlando, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience (with a significant portion directly related to Financial Management), or a Master's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Proficient with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, systems, and reporting
- Proficient with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other general accounting rules and principles
- Strong focus on analyzing and understanding financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Ability to travel 5-10% annually, primarily internationally and possibly domestically
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if required
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen

- U.S. Government Contracting experience preferred, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and CAS rules and regulations
