Job Summary

Monitor progress toward financial commitments and provide timely financial insights to support program and executive leadership. Lead quarterly forecasting cycles for the portfolio and support annual budgeting and long-range planning initiatives. Partner with Program Managers to manage program financial performance by providing reporting packages and dashboards that drive timely variance analysis and help identify key drivers, risks, and trends. Support preparation of program Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. Support bidding and proposal activities, including pricing exercises and business case development. Assist the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations in tracking and forecasting material costs. Maintain strong financial controls and documentation across the portfolio. Assist Accounting, Contracts, and Subcontracts teams in complying with applicable FAR, DFARS, and CAS regulations for all proposal submissions and negotiations. Act as the external audit interface for programs selected for review. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, and advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if required. The position involves 5-10% annual travel, primarily internationally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 16+ years of progressive experience (with a significant portion directly related to Financial Management), or a Master's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Proficient with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts, systems, and reporting
  • Proficient with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other general accounting rules and principles
  • Strong focus on analyzing and understanding financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and work cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Ability to travel 5-10% annually, primarily internationally and possibly domestically
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Desired Qualifications

  • U.S. Government Contracting experience preferred, including familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and CAS rules and regulations
