Finance Manager

Own and manage the FP&A calendar, ensuring timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned business lines while developing financial models that support strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and investment decisions. Create executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics, analyzing revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational drivers to identify risks and actionable recommendations. Partner closely with Accounting and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial reporting and performance insights.
