Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for end-to-end financial leadership for PGI, including managing the finance team (two middle managers), industrial controlling, accounting (IFRS and statutory), tax declarations, and liaison with auditors. Oversees production cost analysis, variances, inventory provisioning, monthly indicators, budgeting and forecasting, and ERP-related evolution. Plays a strategic role on the board, drives consolidation, anti-fraud controls, internal control alignment with the Group, and supports capital investments, ROI calculations, and 231 Model compliance. Requires senior-level experience in manufacturing or luxury goods finance, strong communication and leadership skills, and fluency in Italian and French (plus English). Responsibilities also include coordinating with the Cartier Finance Division, external auditors, and Italian authorities, as well as leading transformation projects and ensuring consistency across divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Business or Engineering School degree
- 15+ years experience in industrial controlling, financial analysis, and budgeting
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and presentation skills
- Leadership experience with hierarchical management and development of a team of financial controllers
- Proficiency in financial ERP systems and data analysis tools (Anaplan, Looker, SAP)
- Fluency in Italian & French; good level in English
- Deep knowledge of Italian laws and regulations
