Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of three legal entities based in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closing and reporting, coordinate with the SSC on Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, and Invoice to Cash, and manage a team of 2 Finance Analysts. Ensure tax compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT) across countries, prepare cash flow and funding forecasts, act as a finance business partner to regional leaders, and lead continuous improvements in end-to-end finance processes. Ensure SOX-PCAOB compliance and support audits, statutory financial statements, and system implementations while maintaining multilingual communication in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 3-5 years in a Finance Manager or similar role within an international group
- Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English
- Experience with finance and ERP systems; Oracle Financial Applications and HFM advantageous
- SOX-PCAOB internal controls knowledge
- Audit support and statutory reporting experience
- Strong communication, attention to detail, budgeting, forecasting
