Job Summary
Manage daily revenue operations in accordance with Devereux policy, leading the utilization review and month-end revenue verification processes. Serve as the liaison between Finance and the Corporate team managing Electronic Health Record financial functions while supporting the Executive Director and Fiscal Director in maintaining financial accountability. Lead the full revenue cycle including contracts, billing, and collections; partner with EHR and AR teams to streamline processes and drive financial performance. Oversee revenue accuracy and month-end close, track performance metrics for planning, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain audit readiness and implement corrective actions. Full-time, 9-5pm in Homestead, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years position-related experience in non-profit sector
- experience with computer based financial systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications
- experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position)
- Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines
- Valid driver's license must be maintained
- Continuously requires sitting
- Seldom requires walking, standing, and stooping/bending (0 - 1/4 of the workday)
- Seldom requires lifting 5- 20 pounds
- Continuous use of office equipment often requiring repetitive wrist/hand movement, and vision (3/4 – 4/4 of the work day)
