Job Summary
Finance Manager for global retail account (MSH) driving financial business partnering, end-to-end category finance leadership, marketing spend governance (BBI), ROI maximisation, and forecasting ownership. Responsible for planning and budgeting for the MSH account, financial modelling, and stakeholder management with global account leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7–9 years of progressive experience in Finance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Global Retail Environment experience
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Hands-on experience supporting category teams and managing commercial and marketing investments
- Marketing Spend & ROI management experience
- Strong Excel, SAP, Power BI (or equivalent) skills
- Stellar stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
