Job Summary
Shape and deliver high-quality executive consolidated planning decks covering the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, demonstrating advanced storytelling capability and ensuring accuracy throughout each forecasting cycle. Coordinate and lead Retail Finance stress testing activities, working with Group, Finance Business Partners, Treasury, and senior Finance leadership to influence key outcomes. Lead other planning activities including income waterfalls, margin evolution, and ad hoc analysis for Divisional and Finance Directors while continuously improving stress testing processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Apply a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and manage multiple partners through planning cycles with strong commercial awareness and questioning skills.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- 3+ years' as a Finance professional
- experience in financial planning
- experience in forecasting
- experience in analysis within a Financial Services setting
- 3+ years' experience preparing and presenting financial insights
- experience in management information
- experience in executive-level reporting within a complex organisation
