Job Summary
Lead the delivery of key management reporting and analysis to supported Business Units, Elsevier senior leadership, and RELX FP&A. Drive the development of Budgets, Forecasts, and monthly LV for sales across regions and key products while participating in the quota setting process for the sales organization. Manage a team of 4 and coordinate reporting and budgeting/forecasting cycles within BDS to ensure Elsevier FP&A requirements and deadlines are met. Own sales planning application (Oracle) and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and GenAI tool implementation. Requires 10-15 years of experience in financial reporting and planning, with strong analytical skills and MS Excel modeling capabilities.
