Finance Manager (Reporting & Consolidation) - Construction/Property Developer

Job Summary
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports, including Board papers, EXCO reports, and management dashboards. Provide high-level analysis on profitability, cash flow, and project delivery while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as SSM, Bursa Malaysia, and LHDN. Collaborate with Business Development and Project Management teams to consolidate data on sales performance, landbank utilization, and cost-to-completion. Oversee the reporting team, develop governance templates, and drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency. Report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer. Based in Bandar Mahkota Cheras with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a construction or property development industry
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, tax regulations, and group financial reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience in Group Consolidation accounting
- Strong analytical thinking
