Finance Manager

Manage the Telecoms division at Radius, overseeing two overseas employees and all daily transactional accounting. Prepare monthly management accounts for group reporting deadlines, articulate P&L variances to the Head of Accounting, and conduct detailed balance sheet and cash flow reviews. Monitor supplier commercial agreements and partner targets to ensure accurate trading forecasts and understand GP impacts. Collaborate with local senior leadership to support business decisions and perform ad-hoc analysis as required. Lead audit coordination by providing necessary information to the external audit team in a timely manner. This role requires a qualified accountant with PQE and AFC background to drive continuous improvement within our fast-growing, agile organization.
