Job Summary
Manage customer needs for finance, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products. Collaborate with multiple financing sources, including factories and lenders, to obtain financing approval for deals. Maintain appropriate records and controls, including collections of required documents and fees. This commission-based role offers product penetration and per-vehicle gross average compensation ranging from 10% to 22%, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience at a dealership in a Finance and Insurance role
- Ability to acquire and maintain related certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use/learn dealership management software and applications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication ability
