Job Summary
Present customers with available finance, insurance, and protection options during vehicle purchases while delivering all deals using an interview menu selling system. Perform meaningful disclosures of all documents including term, rate, payment, price, and products sold, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation, recording, and reporting. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index and performance results consistent with monthly forecasts by conducting 100% customer interviews at the salesperson's desk. Comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines, including Regulation B, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Truth in Lending Act, reporting policy violations to the General Manager or Controller.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in finance, insurance, and protection plan sales
- Knowledge of and ability to present customers with available finance, insurance, and protection options
- Ability to give excellent customer service
- Ability to treat associates and customers in a professional, ethical, legal, and courteous manner
- Experience with an interview menu selling system
- Ability to perform meaningful disclosure of documents including term, rate, payment, price, and all products sold
- Ability to ensure documentation, recording, and reporting is done with 100% accuracy
- Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index
- Ability to maintain performance results consistent with monthly forecasts
- Ability to ensure 100% customer interviews at the salesperson's desk
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines

- Knowledge of Adverse Action Notification
- Ability to report company policy and procedure violations
- Ability to handle deals delivered outside the dealership including mail-outs with notarized signatures
- Knowledge of Florida cooling-off rule
- Ability to sell state-approved, regulated, or controlled insurance, aftermarket, or other services products at the state-filed retail rate
