Finance Manager

Finance Manager at Teleperformance responsible for day-to-day financial management including compliance with regulations and accounting principles; perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, insurance, credit control, payables/receivables, inventory and cost control, and preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, regulatory filings); evaluate investments, advise management on financial matters, and present findings to executives; lead a team of specialists, develop policies and standards, ensure timely tax declarations and reports, and support budgeting across programs; Teleperformance emphasizes inclusion, employee development, and a healthy work-life balance.
