Job Summary
Finance Manager, Oncology - Demand Planning oversees review of wholesaler product orders, analyzes historical purchase trends, and ensures proper allocation of product into the marketplace. Responsibilities include administering Specialty Distribution Service Agreements, calculating wholesaler performance metrics, providing weekly commercial insights to Forecasting, and communicating assumptions and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Requires analytical/process-oriented education with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or general business (CPA/CMA a plus); 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance-related roles; strong Excel, SAP/BPC/BIP, forecast modeling, data presentation, and PowerPoint skills. Works with internal stakeholders across Trade, Customer Service, Transportation, Warehousing, Forecasting and Operations, and communicates with external distributors. The role is based in the US with a hybrid remote arrangement in Mettawa, IL, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or general business is required
- CPA or CMA is a plus
- 7-10 years overall business experience; 6-8 years in commercial finance, cost accounting, auditing, financial reporting or financial planning and analysis; strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP/BPC/BIP; forecast modeling/scenario planning; PowerPoint experience
