Job Summary
Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and budgeting; manage day-to-day finance operations and internal controls; support funding, grant management and compliance with charity finance regulations; work closely with the CEO and Board to guide sustainable growth; contribute to the charity’s impact and future success. Requires qualified or part-qualified accounting designation (ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent) and strong charitable-finance knowledge; seeks a hands-on, detail-oriented communicator who can explain finances clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Hybrid, part-time role with opportunities for remote work and ongoing CPD/training.
