Finance Manager

Finance Manager will partner with the Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by selling Finance and Insurance products on both new and used vehicles, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high ethical standards. The role emphasizes commission-based pay, requires automotive finance experience (minimum 3 years), CRM proficiency, strong math skills for calculating interest, discounts, and commissions, plus the ability to teach and develop team members. The position demands availability Monday–Saturday (with Saturdays required) and a 5-day work week, with operation across in-person dealership environments. Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and PCs, plus a valid in-state driver’s license, are required.
