Job Summary
Finance Manager, Non-Brand and PTP Lead responsible for managing INTL HQ budgeting (LBE, PLN, LRP) and leading the INTL HQ PTP activities (IMCO, IMAP, HQ) with emphasis on internal controls (OEC) and spend optimization. Oversees the PTP team, partners with VP-level stakeholders, and delivers analytics and story-telling decks for INTL leaders. Requires senior, autonomous collaboration with strong presentation skills and ability to drive solutions across cross-functional teams (pharma industry context helpful). Proficiency in Power BI and ERP/supply chain tooling (SAP, SRM, HFM, TM1) and a track record of process improvements in finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
- People leader experience
- 7+ years of Accounting or Finance experience (PTP)
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, SRM, HFM, TM1
- Ability to summarize complex business dynamics for executives
- Experience in matrix organizations and influencing without direct authority
- Process improvements/change management experience
